BSR 550 Servo Rotary Diecutter

The BSR Servo is a modular, rotary die cutting system designed for the B2 (20″×29″) sheet. This versatile machine is suited to many products including thin or thick sheets, folded products, scored, or embossed, pharma, packaging, label and digital printing, mailings, advertising supplements, booklet labels, folders, greeting cards, folding cartons labels and many other products in a one-up or multi-up production fashion. Unlike flatbed diecutters, the rotary process does not require nicks in the sheet to travel through the machine. This allows the waste to be stripped out automatically producing a “nickless”, high quality product – which eliminates the need for further stripping or blanking labor. The magnetic flexible dies can thru-cut, kiss cut, perforate, crease and emboss and are widely available from many die tooling manufacturers. The modular nature of the machine allows for integration directly with other MBO finishing modules such as folders, gluers, web sheeters and onserters.

Die-cutting cylinder system with two magnetic cylinders for the easy mounting of flexible dies and counter plates
Synchronized die cylinders for perfect register of any die, including male and female matched sets
Magnetic die cylinders with bearer to bearer design for no-shim makeready
The die change is fast thanks to the pre-installed cylinder register pins and matching die register holes
Die tooling can be re-used many times in short run environments
Waste removal section with stripper shoes for matrix removal
Programmable stripper module for removal of inner scrap holes such as hanger holes, Euro holes and similar
Modular and scalable control system to allow many optional feeder systems or post diecut systems
