What is the cost of a service visit to repair my equipment?
Please contact our Service Department at 1-800-626-8810 for our rates and to receive an estimate.
If my equipment needs immediate repair, is anyone available?
Yes. We recommend you first call the Service Department 1-800-626-8810 as our trained service technicians may be able to walk you through a repair over the phone. If that is not possible, we will typically have a technician available within 24 hours.
What training is available from MBO America, on and off site?
Several times a year, Fold School sessions are held at MBO America headquarters and we are also available for on-site training. For more information on events visit the fold school page or to schedule an on-site training session, please contact our service department at 1-800-626-8810.
How do I go about buying new equipment?
Contact your local sales representative directly; you can find your representative online under the “Contact Us” tab of our website.
Does MBO America support parts and service on older machines?
Yes. MBO still supports parts for many older model machines. If we have the parts, we have the service. Please call the Parts Department at 1-800-336-1164 for availability or email [email protected].
How can I order parts?
We have several options for your convenience; contact our Parts Department at 1-800-336-1164 or email us at [email protected]. You can also request a quote through our website with the online quote request form found under the Service Center tab.
Can I look up parts on the website?
Part look ups are not yet available on the website but you can request a manual through our parts department by calling 1-800-336-1164 or by sending an email to [email protected].
How do I obtain a copy of a parts manual?
Our parts manual is available for order. Simply contact a customer service representative for assistance at 1-800-336-1164. Please be prepared to supply your machine type and serial number. Most of our manuals are available in PDF format. Fees may apply.

I don’t know what machine type I have. How do I find that?
There is an information plate attached to your machine; this plate has relevant information including the manufacturer, model, year & serial number.
Can I pay with credit card?
Yes, we accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.
I already have a shipping account; can I ship using this established account?
Yes, as long as your account is in good standing, we can ship your order using your established shipping account.
I placed an order on your website and it did not prompt me for my credit card information. How do I pay?
At this time, our website is not yet transactional. What you submitted was actually an online quote request, not an order. A representative from our parts department will be contacting you shortly in response to your request.
What is your return policy?
All returns must be made within 30 days; returns will not be processed without first obtaining an RMA number. All returns must include a completed Product Return Form and a copy of the original packing slip. Credit will be issued for merchandise only and is subject to the condition of the returned goods. Please call 1-800-336-1164 to request an RMA number.
What are the conditions required for me to run my machines at full-potential?
Environment, product grain direction, weight, and thickness all affect production capabilities. An ideal combination of these parameters is required to run any machine at maximum possible speed. Ideal operating temperatures are between 63 F (17 C) and 95 F (35 C), the ideal relative humidity range is between 40% and 60%. Deviations outside of these parameters may affect machine performance.
