SVC 23 Sheeter (23″)

The SVC 23 is the latest module advancement to the heart of MBO’s rollfed finishing line, able to sheet the web for a broad range of products at high speeds.

DFT 23 Buckle Folder (23″)

The DFT 23 is MBO's core buckle folding technology adapted for use as a module with high speed rollfed finishing systems, able to process the most popular widths (up to 23”) in the inkjet market.

DPS 60 Dynamic Perf and Score Unit

MBO DPS 60 Dynamic Perforating and Scoring unit is a modular unit that applies dynamic or static, perf or score patterns, inline or across a web.

UW 23 Unwinder (23.0″)

MBO UW 23 Unwinder steps up tension control, and has a faster makeready than previous units, and has a max web width of 23".

SC 23 UV Spot Coating Unit for Web Finishing

MBO’s UV Spot Coater module, SC23, applies UV Coatings during the finishing process to enhance the tactile and/or visual appeal of the product.

CC 23 Contour Cutting Module

MBO’s New CC 23 Contour Cutting Unit adds the ability to enhance the finished product with a wide variety of shape cuts, window knock outs, coupon perforations, and contours.

FC 23/30 Aqueous and UV Coating Unit for Webs

The FC web coating unit applies aqueous (water based) or UV based (chemical based) coating to enhance and protect the printed web.

Zero Speed Automatic Splicer ZSS 23

SPM Split and Merge Unit

The SPM is a specialty machine designed to handle split and merge tasks for web finishing systems.

PFS Plow Fold Station

The PFS module is a web based plow folding module installed prior to the sheeter to add an extra inline fold pattern to the finishing line capability. It is used to make items such as newsletters and self-mailers.

EM Ejection Module

The Ejection Module is an independent unit which can be used after the SVC cutter for the ejection of control sheets or missed printed sheets.

SVC 525 C Sheeter (20.5″)

The SVC 525 C is the heart of our state of the art high speed web finishing line, providing high quality, precision chop-cuts or chipout-cuts for webs up to 20.5" wide and cutoffs from 4"-80" long.

SVC 775 C Sheeter (30″)

The SVC 775 C Sheeter is the heart of our state-of-the-art high speed web finishing line, providing high quality precision chop-cuts or chipout-cuts for webs up to 30" wide, and cutoffs from 4"-80" long.

DFT560 Digital Folder (22″)

The DFT 560 Digital Folder is an inline folding machine designed to parallel fold sheets in a digital web finishing line.

381 Cutting Unit

The 381 module is a multi-shaft cutting tables with interchangeable tooling. These units can cut, score, perf, and more and go inline with MBO finishing systems.

407 Cross Carrier Table

The 407 is a cross carrier table used primarily for product alignment during transfers between machines.

091.1 Folder Gluer Vacuum Table

The 091.1 is a vacuum style folder gluer used for plow folding, tipping, gluing, cross folding and other folder-gluer processes.
